To return a product based upon the replacement/return guarantee of Wicker Furniture Group, you must call or e-mail our Returns Department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). Wicker Furniture Group will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days in which must be returned to Wicker Furniture Group. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Wicker Furniture Group. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Wicker Furniture Group Return Procedure will be breached and Wicker Furniture Group will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.

Wicker Furniture Group will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Wicker Furniture Group charges a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective returns for refund.

Products being returned for a refund, must be received by Wicker Furniture Group prior to 30 days from the original invoice date. Returns received after the 30 day return period will no longer be eligible for refund.

NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS. ANY LOGO UMBRELLA IS A CUSTOM ORDER AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

This product ships as a complete unit and does not require any assembly upon receipt.

Due to size and weight limitations, this product cannot be delivered using regular shipping methods. The product will require shipping by truck with scheduled local delivery. Truck deliveries are delivered curbside. The driver will bring your order to the back of the truck, but is not responsible for unloading your items nor is he required to assist in bringing your items indoors. Have adequate help lined up for unloading your items. Be sure to inspect all items delivered before signing. If no comment is made on the delivery bill you sign, you will be accepting the delivery as complete and undamaged unless noted on the delivery slip.

Crafted for outdoor use, our resin furniture presents the beautiful look and feel of natural wicker. This single glider from Kitty Hawk's Bermuda Collection features a powder-coated aluminum frame and single round weave.

Though it looks similar to traditional wicker, resin wicker is made from synthetic polyethylene or polypropylene resin fibers that offer greater weather resistance than natural wicker. Resin wicker is also referred to as all-weather wicker because of its extra resistance to the elements.

Our resin wicker furniture is perfect for backyards, patios, porches, decks or pool areas. You can also enjoy your furniture inside your home, as it easily makes any indoor area more appealing. With a durable, aluminum frame, this high-quality resin furniture will provide long-lasting comfort for you and your family!

Stock Cushion Information:
Our stock cushions are available in Natural White or Canvas Air Blue only. Blue cushions are only included with White wicker. These cushions are made with quality Outdura fabric, which is 100% woven acrylic. Outdura dries fast, cleans easily and carries a five-year limited manufacturer's warranty.

Custom Cushion Information:
For an additional charge, you can customize your cushions by choosing from our list of quality Sunbrella outdoor fabrics. Sunbrella fabrics are 100% solution dyed acrylic and carry a five-year warranty against fading and staining. These beautiful fabrics also dry quickly and are mildew resistant.

All of our cushions are proudly made in America!

Important Notes:
- Due to the size and weight of this item, truck delivery is required. Your item(s) will be delivered fully assembled on a pallet. Lift gate service for home delivery is included in your shipping price.
